Lawn Seeding: $0.10 – $0.20 per sq. ft.
Planting Flower Beds: $10 – $20 per sq. ft. or $650 – $3,000 per bed.

Front Yard Curb Appeal Redesign: $2,000 – $8,000.
Full Yard Overhaul / Renovation: $5,000 – $25,000+.

Snow Removal

Residential Rates by Area & Task

Standard Driveway Plowing: $30 – $70 per visit for a typical 2-car driveway. (Longer or circular driveways run $75 – $200+ per visit).
Sidewalks & Walkways: $25 – $50 per visit (or $25 – $75 per hour if shoveled by hand).
Salting & De-Icing: $20 – $50 per application.
Roof Snow Removal: $200 – $600+ per visit (higher for steep or multi-story roofs).

Pricing Models & Pricing Options

Per Visit / Per Push: $45 – $160 per clearing. Best for areas with lighter or infrequent snowfall.
Seasonal Contract: $300 – $1,000 for the entire winter season. Contractors usually set a visit limit (e.g., up to 10–12 visits/plows) or a maximum seasonal depth limit before charging extra.
Hourly Labor Rates: $25 – $75 per hour for individual shovel/blower crews, or $75 – $150+ per hour for heavy equipment/truck plows.
Per Inch Rates: Typically $60 – $100 for the first 4 to 6 inches, plus $4 – $10 for every additional inch.
